Ready Stock and Custom Orders

Ready Stock Products

Customers may request a return if a manufacturing defect, damage, or any fault is identified within 24 hours of receiving the product. To process the request, the issue must be reported within the specified timeframe along with clear photos and videos showing the defect.

Custom-Made Products

All custom-made products are manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements, including dimensions, fabric selection, color, and design preferences. Therefore, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

However, if a custom-made product has a verified manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or differs significantly from the confirmed order specifications, Mawa Noor will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Return Period

Any defect, damage, or issue with the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide clear photographic and video evidence to support their claim. Claims submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.

Each request will be reviewed by our team before approval.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds and returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The order is a custom-made product and does not have any manufacturing defect or delivery-related issue.
  • The product has been misused, altered, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production or dispatch has not commenced.
  • For custom-made orders, any advance payment made after production has started is non-refundable.

Inspection Requirement

  • Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the product upon delivery.
  • In the event of any issue, customers must notify Mawa Noor within 24 hours and provide supporting photos and videos for assessment.

Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
