We confirm the delivery schedule with each customer before dispatch.

Delivery arrangements

For a quote, provide your city, postcode, delivery address and the sofa or other product you want. We will confirm any access or installation arrangements with you before delivery. Call +966 55 349 9720, message us on WhatsApp or email nobinoorofficial@gmail.com.

Delays

We will inform you if we expect a delay. Saudi e-commerce law gives customers a right to cancel and seek a refund when delivery is delayed for more than 15 days from the contract date or agreed delivery date, unless the parties agree to an extension or the delay is caused by force majeure.
