Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our team on WhatsApp at +966 55 349 9720 or email nobinoorofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect covered by our 5-year frame warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Prefer a different fabric, colour, or size? Contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange a suitable exchange where possible.
