Unused products

For eligible products, Saudi e-commerce law allows a customer to cancel within seven days after receiving the product if it has not been used or benefited from. The customer bears the cost of cancelling unless we agree otherwise. We will explain any applicable collection or return cost before arranging a return.

Exceptions and product problems

The statutory cancellation right has exceptions, including products customized or made at a customer’s request. This exception does not remove rights where a product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications. Contact us promptly about damage, defects or an incorrect item; photographs and the order number help us review the issue.

We will assess requests under applicable law and confirm the available remedy, return arrangements and refund method. Nothing on this page limits statutory consumer rights.
